Vision For Education is recruiting a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a Good-rated secondary SEND SEMH school in South Shields.

This full-time, long-term position offers Β£500–£550 per week (pre-AWR) and the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

You will provide 1:1 support to pupils with Autism and/or ADHD, many with EHCPs, within a structured, nurturing team.

The role focuses on engagement, behaviour management and emotional regulation to help pupils progress toward adulthood.
