About the role
Passionate about working with young children? Looking for flexible nursery work in Southend?
We are currently seeking Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurses for a variety of daily supply and long-term opportunities across early years settings in Southend. Whether you\’re just starting out or have years of experience, we can match you with the right role to suit your availability and career goals.
Your Role Will Include:
Supporting babies and children aged 0–5 in their learning and development
Delivering fun, age-appropriate activities guided by the EYFS framework
Creating a warm, nurturing, and safe environment
Supporting observations, assessments, and daily routines
Being adaptable and confident in different nursery settings
A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, BTEC)
Some experience in a nursery or early years setting
Good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
A flexible, caring, and proactive attitude
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
