About the role
KS1 Teaching Assistant – North Tyneside
Salary: £444.60 – £475 per week
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

We’re looking for enthusiastic, caring, and committed KS1 Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in North Tyneside. Your Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support, including to pupils with SEND
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Work closely with teaching staff to support learning and progress
- Be a positive role model and trusted adult for young learners

- Experience working with primary-aged children (KS1 focus preferred)
- Understanding of, or experience with, special educational needs
