Vision for Education are currently looking for a part-time KS1 PPA Teacher to work 3 days per week at a Primary school in the heart of Peterborough.
The role of Primary PPA Teacher is starting in September 2026 and the desired candidate will be working across KS1 to cover PPA sessions for class teachers. This role would be suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers. This role has arisen as the school are keen to boost the work life balance of their staff, providing additional non-contact time to allow teachers to complete lesson planning, preparation as well as subject leadership.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience of working with KS1
- Enhanced DBS clearance or be willing to process a new DBS
- Two references to support recent teaching employment
- A flexible and adaptable attitude to working
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
