Vision for Educationis seeking an experienced Teacher to work in an SEN School in Kidderminster on a full-time basis.

Hours 0830-3.30pm Monday-Friday

About the Role:

  • Delivering engaging and effective lessons to students with varying additional needs, from moderate to complex and profound.
  • Adhere to school policies while fostering a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.
  • Adapt to different teaching environments and year groups.
  • Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system. (Daily rate is subject to your scale rate, experience in role and qualifications which will be discussed at the point of registration.

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status with the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit pupils of all abilities, while building strong rapport.
  • Experience working with students who have additional needs, including Moderate Learning Difficulties, Severe Learning Difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties and Speech and Language Communication disorders. PGCE or QTS.
  • A strong understanding of how to engage with students within lessons and tailor learning to fit their individual needs.
  • A DBS Check, or readiness to undergo a DBS check.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualificationsrequired for this position area suitable qualification for working with children and experience working with special education needs.
