Vision for Education is seeking an experienced and inspirational Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a popular primary school in Huntingdon for the full academic year, beginning in September 2026. This full-time role offers a valuable opportunity to join a team of welcoming and hard working teachers, supporting young learners as they grow, explore, and develop new skills. This role has arisen due to an increase in the school roll. A job share may be considered for this role.

Pay

The pay for this role is between £140 to £232 per day, dependent upon experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality teaching
  • Work collaboratively within the Key Stage 1 team
  • Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment
  • Plan and deliver engaging, enriching and inclusive learning opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with pupils and parents

To be considered for the role of Key Stage 1 Teacher you will have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
  • The ability to provide two recent references to support your teaching employment
  • The ability to provide full, enhanced DBS clearance
  • Recent experience teaching at key stage 1 level within a Primary School
  • Excellent communication, time keeping and organisational skills
