This ‘Good’ school based in Scunthorpe are looking to appoint a passionate Secondary Teacher who is committed to making a real difference in the classroom. Working in this secondary school as part of a supportive team, the desired Secondary Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across various subjects whilst managing behaviour. This role would be on an ad hoc basis with the possibility of short/longer term roles for the right candidate in their subject specialism.

Requirements:

  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have the ability to build a quick rapport with students
  • Have the ability to de‑escalate challenging behaviours
  • Be a positive role model and promote positive behaviours
