Showcase Your Teaching Style

Prepare to share specific examples of your teaching methods, especially around phonics and early development milestones. Think about how you can demonstrate your ability to adapt your teaching style to different school settings and the unique needs of each class.

Engage with the Interviewers

Remember, interviews are a two-way street! Prepare thoughtful questions about the school's culture, support for EYFS teachers, and their approach to professional development. This shows your genuine interest and helps you assess if the school is the right fit for you.
