Vision for Education are seeking a caring, patient, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a nurturing SEN school in East Grinstead. This full‑time role involves providing 1:1 support for children with an autism diagnosis, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and thrive in the classroom.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support, implement strategies, and create a positive, inclusive environment where both children feel valued, understood, and encouraged. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young learners and making a meaningful difference in their school experience.
