Role

We are looking to speak to Secondary ECTs who are looking for their first role for September 2025. We are working with a number of Schools in the Cambridge area who are keen to speak to ECTs about permanent roles for September 2025 start.

Requirements

The desired ECT will have;

– Experience of working with secondary school aged children

– Experience of working with pupils with SEND

– A passion for the progress of secondary school pupils

– An ability to work as part of a team
