About the role

Are you a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher ready to begin your teaching journey? Vision for Education is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Stoke-on-Trent from September 2026. The school is particularly interested in teachers who are happy to work within KS1, although there is flexibility around specific year-group specialisms. EYFS or KS2 may also be considered for the right candidate. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT looking to develop their classroom experience within a supportive primary school environment.

Requirements

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to working within a primary school environment.
  • Be adaptable and willing to work full-time within KS1.
  • Be able to build positive working relationships quickly with staff and pupils.
  • Have, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service.
  • Be able to provide at least two relevant references covering the last two years.
