A well-established Special Educational Needs (SEN) school is seeking a committed and enthusiastic teacher to support pupils across both primary and secondary phases. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people with a range of additional needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEND.
- Support the academic, social, emotional, and personal development of students.

Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE or BEd.
- Have experience working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), either in a specialist or mainstream setting.
- Be confident delivering lessons to individuals and small groups with varying learning needs.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, adaptability, and behaviour management skills.
- Be compassionate, patient, and committed to achieving positive outcomes for all learners.
- Be able to provide suitable references and obtain an enhanced DBS check.
