Salary: £14.24 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Qualified Nursery Practitioner – Devizes
Vision for Education is seeking Qualified Nursery Practitioners to work across a range of welcoming nurseries in Devizes. This is a fantastic opportunity for caring, enthusiastic early years professionals who are passionate about supporting children’s development in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment. Level 3 Childare / Early Years certificate is ideal, but not essential. The hours can range with long shifts or standard 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Roles are available on a flexible supply basis through Vision for Education, with the opportunity for long-term and permanent placements for the right candidates.

The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Support the care, learning and development of children aged 0–5.
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Create a safe, warm and stimulating environment for children to learn and play.
- Support children’s social, emotional and physical development.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet individual needs.
- Observe, assess and record children’s progress where required.
Requirements
- Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 minimum).
- Have experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Be caring, patient and enthusiastic about early childhood development.
- Be reliable, adaptable and a strong team player.
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
