About the role
Vision for Education are recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary school settings. As a Cover Supervisor, you will take responsibility for leading classes in the absence of the teacher, delivering pre-set lesson plans and maintaining a positive learning environment. You’ll support students with their work, manage behaviour effectively, complete registers, and provide clear handover information to teaching staff. A variety of short-term, long-term, and potential permanent opportunities are available, offering flexibility and a strong work–life balance. This role is ideal for confident classroom professionals looking for consistent work within education.

- Have previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor in secondary schools
- Be confident managing classrooms and maintaining a calm, focused learning environment
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be committed to supporting young people’s learning and development
- Be able to provide suitable references, hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS, and have the Right to Work in the UK
