Working from pre-planned lessons, the successful Cover Supervisor will deliver learning across a range of subjects, manage classroom behaviour and ensure pupils remain engaged throughout the lesson.
Requirements
- Experience working with secondary school aged children or young people.
- Excellent behaviour management and communication skills.
- Confidence leading a classroom independently.
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- A flexible and professional approach.
- A passion for supporting the progress of secondary school pupils.
