Roles within schools will vary from supporting students with SEN on a 1:1 basis to whole group intervention. You may be required to assist in the playground on duties throughout the day and help with the running of breakfast/after school clubs.
The ideal Trainee Teaching Assistant will have:
- A true passion for helping students grow, learn and develop their education
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- A patient and level-headed approach to dynamic situations
- The ability to work during school hours (08:30 – 15:30) times can vary depending on the school
Requirements:
- Be willing to pay for an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service.
