About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will lead pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. You will manage classroom behaviour, ensure students remain on task, and create a positive learning environment while supporting students throughout the school day. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced teaching assistants, or individuals with experience working with young people who are seeking flexible work within secondary schools. Key Responsibilities
