Vision for Education are recruiting for a compassionate and patient SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Coventry, supporting students within an ASC specialist class group. This role will involve working closely with non-verbal students with Autism (ASC), supporting communication, engagement and emotional regulation within a highly nurturing and sensory-based learning environment. The school is undergoing significant expansion and is looking for staff who are passionate about SEN and want to grow long-term within a supportive specialist setting.

- Non-verbal or minimally verbal

The Role
- Support students on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Help pupils engage with sensory-based learning activities
- Support communication using visuals and communication aids
- Assist with emotional regulation and transitions throughout the day

- Work closely with teachers and therapists to support student development
