Vision for Education are recruiting for a SEN Classroom Support Assistant to work in specialist SEND schools in the Coleford area. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
About the Role:
- Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties, and communication needs
- Providing 1:1 support, small group interventions, and classroom assistance
- Helping pupils with emotional regulation, routines, confidence, and engagement
- Working closely with teachers and SEND staff to follow personalised support strategies
- Flexible term-time opportunities, including supply and longer-term placements
