Location: Chandos Place, Covent Garden

Hours: Full time, permanent Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (shift patterns between 7am and 6pm). Work from home x2 days a week. Enjoy reduced hours during school holidays.

Who are we looking for?

  • The ideal person must be enthusiastic, hardworking, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, enjoy meeting people and speaking on the phone as well as be able to build relationships and rapport with others easily.
  • We’d prefer it if you have some experience of working in the education sector, or experience in a customer service or administration role, however, this isn’t a deal breaker as full training and support will be given.
  • What’s most important is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Recruiting teaching assistants, support workers, and teachers for schools, education provisions, and residential settings
  • Filling both short‑term and long‑term vacancies
  • Writing and posting engaging job adverts
  • Building relationships with universities, colleges, and job centres
  • Searching and screening CV databases and job boards
  • Handling new candidate registrations and initial enquiries
  • Conducting candidate interviews (face‑to‑face and online)
  • Supporting vetting and compliance processes to ensure candidates are fully cleared for work
  • Liaising closely with Education Consultants to match and place candidates into suitable roles

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in education, administration or within the recruitment industry is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
  • A genuine interest in the education sector and delivering quality recruitment services.
