Vision for Education is seeking an experienced Care Assistant to work in an SEN School in Stourbridge on a full‑time basis. Hours: 08:30‑15:30 Monday‑Friday.
About the Role
- Help support children with complex physical, medical, communication, and learning needs.
- Be a proactive, enthusiastic, energetic, and reliable care assistant.
- Work with pupils across primary and secondary age ranges.
- Support pupils’ day‑to‑day personal care needs and work alongside other professionals to further pupils’ personal independence skills.

Provides education and care for young children and young people aged 6‑19 with a variety of social, emotional, physical, and learning difficulties, including autism and visual impairment. About You
- Provide practical assistance for identified physical needs (e.g., mealtimes, organisation of learning equipment).
- Record and report on care needs.
- Assist pupils in implementing their personal care programmes during the school day, specifically in relation to practical support for personal hygiene, toileting and continence training, and eating and drinking.
- Have experience in a similar role.
- Have, or be willing to obtain, an enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
