Vision for Education is working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive school in Chigwell, who are seeking a Specialist Teaching Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for a compassionate and dedicated individual who has experience supporting children with special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or complex learning needs. Support may be provided on a 1:1 basis or within small group settings.

The role:

  • Supporting pupils with SEND in the classroom
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
  • Assisting with learning activities and emotional regulation
