Vision for Education are recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant for a SEN school just outside Chichester to start ASAP.
Role involves supporting pupils aged 4-11 with SEMH needs, in small groups or 1-1, to help them re-engage with learning and access the curriculum.
You will work closely with students who may have anxiety and attendance challenges, delivering tailored educational packages and coordinating with external agencies.
