The School and Role
This small Infant school in Chesterfield, graded good by Ofsted, has high expectations for their pupils. The senior management team care for staff and pupils and are extremely supportive to all. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to work 1-1 with a child. The desired candidate should have a calm nurturing approach, with excellent behaviour management skills. You will engage the child and help them progress in their learning. Ideally you will be level 3 qualified but the school are interested in hearing from people with hands-on experience as well.
Requirements
- Experience of working with primary school aged children
- Experience of working with pupils with SEND
- A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
- An ability to work as part of a team
