Full-time Teaching Assistant Role – Starting January 2026.
A friendly primary school based in Penarth is looking for a teaching assistant who can embrace the culture and values of the school and support pupils across all key stages, as well as take part in their forest school sessions.
No two days are ever the same — you could be supporting pupils in the foundation phase one day and working alongside pupils in upper Key Stage 2 the next.
We are therefore seeking adaptable, enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about working with pupils and delivering high-quality outdoor education.
The school is known for appointing individuals on a permanent basis, provided you are the right fit with a positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to being an ambassador for school values.
You will work closely with the class teacher to help provide a high standard of education and engaging outdoor learning opportunities.
The ability to speak Welsh is preferred but not essential for this role.
