Senior Recruitment Consultant – Cardiff & Swansea

The Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to develop a Primary, Secondary or SEN desk within either our Cardiff or Swansea team, depending on your geographical location and where you’d prefer to work.

You will have the freedom to develop your own desk and build long lasting client relationships.

As our South Wales teams continue to grow, there will be genuine opportunities to progress into leadership and management positions for those who want to take the next step in their career.

We'd love to hear from you if you have

  • At least 1-2 years' recruitment experience
  • Experience managing a successful 360 recruitment desk
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
  • A passion for delivering an excellent service to clients and candidates
  • Ambition to develop your career into leadership or management
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
