Are you a qualified or newly qualified primary school teacher living in or able to commute to Cardiff? Do you hold QTS in the UK or are you about to qualify as an NQT? Interested in day to day or longer-term supply? Want to work for a framework agency and top 10 UK employer?
Vision for Education are a Welsh government approved agency based in Cardiff and we are actively seeking newly and fully qualified primary teachers for both day to day and longer-term supply roles in the Cardiff area. We work closely with a number of primary schools across Cardiff and have found ourselves in need of qualified primary teachers to fulfil these roles now and for September!
If you are a qualified or newly qualified primary teacher seeking either day to day or longer-term supply roles, then we would love to hear from you! We have a number of roles from the foundation phase to upper KS2 and you would have the opportunity to be considered for permanent positions in the school once you have proven your hard work, consistency and excellent teaching ability.
Requirements:- Must hold QTS in the UK
- Available part or full time
- The ability to drive – preferred not essential
- Have a passion and desire to deliver lessons/practices adhering to the National Curriculum Guidelines
- Effective classroom management to accommodate a variety of learning behaviour
- Able to mark and plan effectively
- A positive approach towards aiding the learning and development of young children
- Innovative and motivating to engage primary age pupils within their learning
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one (this can be supported through Vision)
- Be registered or willing to register with the EWS (this can be supported through Vision)
- Receive a daily rate of pay from £172.98 or paid to scale from day one!

- Refer a friend bonus - £250 for you and your referral once they have worked 15 days
- Your own personal consultant to help guide you throughout the process & your teaching career
