About the Role

  • 1:1 Student Support: Provide personalised support to students with additional needs in the classroom.
  • Inclusive Teaching: Adapt approaches to meet individual learning needs and create an inclusive environment.
  • Classroom Assistance: Collaborate with the class teacher on general tasks, resource preparation, and tailoring learning materials.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in SEND: Prior experience working in a SEND environment would be beneficial.
  • Passion & Dedication: A genuine commitment to making a positive impact on young lives.
  • Compliance: Ability to provide suitable references and pass a DBS check.

*All staff undergo thorough interviews and referencing checks and must hold, or be willing to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
