About the Role

As an Early Career Teacher working through Vision for Education, you will have the opportunity to teach within supportive primary school environments, delivering engaging lessons in your desired year group while developing your classroom practice. You may work on day-to-day supply, short-term assignments or longer placements, allowing you to gain valuable experience across different school settings while building your teaching portfolio.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and supporting pupil engagement
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
  • Working collaboratively with school staff to support student development

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to achieve QTS
  • A relevant degree or teaching qualification

  • The flexibility and enthusiasm to work across different school settings
