Vision for Education are recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to support students in secondary school settings across KS3 and KS4.

The role involves targeted learning support in lessons, small groups, and 1:1 with students who have additional needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, and SEMH.

You will help maintain a safe, inclusive classroom and contribute to improving outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have 6 weeks recent school-based experience, be confident with 11–16 age
