About the Role
We are working with a specialist complex needs school in BS13 that is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PMLD Teacher to join their team from September. This is a rewarding opportunity to teach pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), complex medical needs, physical disabilities, and communication needs. What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons for pupils with PMLD
- Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and healthcare professionals
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Monitoring progress using EHCP targets and personalised outcomes
- Supporting pupils with sensory, communication, and physical needs

What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching or supporting pupils with PMLD, SLD, or complex needs
- Strong understanding of sensory and communication-based approaches
