We are looking for confident and resilient individuals to work with students who have SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs, alongside challenging behaviour within specialist and high-need school settings.
This role would suit someone with previous experience working within schools, alternative provisions, care, youth work, residential settings, or similar environments supporting young people with additional needs.
The work is during school hours and term time only, with flexible opportunities available and the potential for long-term or permanent positions for the right candidates.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs
