Due to the locations of some schools and the nature of the role, candidates must be drivers with access to a vehicle. This is a flexible bank role on a 0‑hour contract, offering work to fit around your availability, with opportunities for long‑term and permanent positions for the right candidates.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous SEN classroom experience
- Be confident supporting students with additional needs and challenging behaviour
- Be calm, patient, and adaptable
- Be able to build positive and consistent relationships with students
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
- Be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS if needed
