Vision for Education are seeking a compassionate and skilled SEND Teacher to lead a class of pupils (KS5). The Role
- Deliver personalised learning support to help each pupil reach their full potential.
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet a wide range of learning needs and abilities.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and external professionals to support pupil progress and wellbeing.

- Monitor and assess pupil progress regularly, adapting teaching approaches to promote both academic achievement and personal development.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified teacher (PGCE/QTS/QTLS essential).
- Has experience working with pupils with SEND, particularly those working below age‑related expectations.
- Is patient, resilient, and creative in their approach to teaching.
- Has strong behaviour‑support skills.
- Can work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
To be considered for the role, you will:
- Have a suitable qualification (QTS/QTLS essential).
- Have experience of working with children with special education needs and disabilities.
- Be confident in your abilities and skills to promote happy and confident learners.
- Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. Vision for Education are committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. We take our responsibilities extremely seriously. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
