The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.

This welcoming specialist school in Birmingham is looking to appoint a compassionate and experienced Pastoral Manager to support autistic pupils aged 11–19. The successful candidate will lead on pastoral care, behaviour support and student wellbeing, working closely with families and multi‑agency professionals. The school is a UNICEF Gold Rights Respecting School with around 180 pupils and is committed to creating a respectful, inclusive environment where every young person can thrive.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children or young people with autism and/or SEND
  • Experience leading pastoral, behaviour or safeguarding support
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies
