ECT Primary Teacher - Wirral

To start asap. Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity with Potential for Permanent Employment

£130–£145 per day (depending on experience and assignment)

Whether you're seeking a long-term role where you can complete your ECT induction, or would prefer the flexibility and variety of supply teaching, we'll help you find an opportunity that suits you. Our partner schools cover EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with many offering excellent mentoring, structured induction programmes and ongoing professional development to support you throughout the early stages of your teaching career.

As an Early Career Teacher, you will:

  • Teach across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your preferences and school requirements.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire young learners.
  • Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
  • Gain valuable classroom experience through supply teaching or complete your ECT induction in a suitable long-term placement.
  • Access both full-time and part-time opportunities, with roles available to start immediately.
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Be an Early Career Teacher looking to develop your experience within primary education.
  • Be passionate about making a positive difference to children's learning and development.
  • Be adaptable, enthusiastic and committed to continuous professional development.
  • Be dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
