The Role As an Early Career Teacher, you will: Teach across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your preferences and school requirements.

Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
Gain valuable experience through supply work or complete your ECT induction in a long-term placement.
