The School and Role

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our supply team and work within SEND schools in the Ashington area. These schools are welcoming, supportive environments where staff work collaboratively to help every child reach their full potential. As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting pupils who may face challenges with learning, communication, behaviour, or daily routines. Working on supply gives you the chance to gain experience across different classrooms and age groups, keeping your work varied, engaging, and rewarding. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, resilient, proactive, and passionate about inclusion, with a genuine desire to support young people to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
