Overview

SEND Tutor (Full or Part Time) – Northumberland – Pay £22 to £46 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. The role is available ASAP. Vision for Education is recruiting SEND Tutors across the North East of England to support SEND pupils in various educational and home settings, helping them achieve their full potential.

The desired Tutor will work 1:1 with students with special educational needs and disabilities. Sessions can vary from one to five hours a day, concentrating on breaking down barriers to pupils accessing their education. Knowledge of a range of subjects including English and Maths is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Work 1:1 with students with special educational needs and disabilities, planning and delivering sessions in Maths and English.

Qualifications

  • A teaching qualification.
