We require a Psychology Graduate with experience of working with children to work in a specialist school in Stockton-on-Tees supporting pupils with special educational needs, or social, emotional and mental health needs. The Psychology Graduate would work in the capacity of a Teaching Assistant, providing vital support to both teachers and pupils. You will build positive relationships with pupils, and devise strategies to overcome barriers to learning, helping them to get the most out of their education.
Requirements
- Have a warm and friendly nature to be able to build positive relationships with pupils.
- Either have completed or be working towards a qualification in Psychology.
- Be passionate about supporting children with barriers to learning.
- Drive or be willing to use public transport.
