The Role and School
This primary SEN school, based in Hurworth-on-Tees are looking to appoint a passionate Nurturing Teaching Assistant (SEND) to work across Key Stages 1 and 2 on a full-time basis. Working in this wonderful school as part of an established team, the desired Nurturing Teaching Assistant (SEND) will be working both in small groups and on a one-to-one basis with pupils with ASC and SEMH. This full time Nurturing Teaching Assistant (SEND) role is long term and potentially permanent.
Requirements
The requirements for the Nurturing Teaching Assistant (SEND) position are:
- Experience of working within SEN environments
- Be resilient and able to meet demands of a special school setting.
- Understands the needs of students with learning difficulties.
- Right to work in the UK
- Drive of be willing to use public transport to commute.
