Vision for Education are looking to appoint enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work within primary schools in and around the Morriston area of Swansea. We are seeking Teaching Assistants who can support pupils throughout the primary age range on a supply basis as and when schools require cover. The role is varied and will involve supporting children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis starting immediately on a part and full time supply basis. You will be required to support pupils with classroom based activities and outdoor play. Whilst the majority of the work will be within the Foundation Phase, you may be required to assist with Key Stage 2 classes at short notice for emergency cover.
Requirements:
- The desired Teaching Assistant will have recent experience supporting primary aged children.
- A patient and caring nature.
- The ability to engage students.
- The ability to work closely with the class teacher and other staff members within the class.
