We are looking for a warm, dedicated, and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team and help make a real difference in the lives of our students. In this role you will support students both in the classroom and in smaller groups, as well as providing 1:1 assistance. By applying behaviour management strategies you will help students gain confidence, regulate emotions, and engage with their learning in positive ways. Many of our students have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and may have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, or conditions such as Autism or ADHD.
