Do you have a passion for education and supporting young learners? We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants for friendly primary and secondary schools in the Lytchett area, starting September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom – helping to support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally across both Primary and Secondary.
The Role
- Provide in-class support for pupils across Primary, Secondary and SEN levels
- Assist in adapting resources and delivering targeted learning activities
- Offer 1:1 or small group support for children with additional needs
- Promote a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Suitable for both long-term roles and flexible daily supply work
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or young people (in schools or other settings)
- A calm, supportive and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to build positive relationships and support a range of learning needs
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
