Location: Bournemouth
Hours: Flexible – Adhoc and full-day bookings available

Pay: Competitive daily rates from £100 to £130

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing classroom activities in the absence of a teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment for our students. You will play a crucial role in supporting students' emotional and academic needs while promoting their well-being and resilience.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support students during lessons and activities
- Implement pre-prepared lesson plans while adapting to students’ individual needs
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage student behaviour effectively and positively
- Build strong relationships with students to promote engagement and motivation
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant qualification in education, youth work, or psychology is desirable but not essential
- Experience teaching in schools, ideally across different age groups
- Availability for flexible days Monday to Friday
- Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations
- Own transport is a plus but not essential
