Position: SEMH Teaching Assistant
Location: Bournemouth
Hours: Full-time/Part-time
Start Date: ASAP / January start

Salary: £440 – £450 per week

What You’ll Do:
Support teachers in delivering engaging, tailored lessons to students with SEMH needs
Build trusting relationships that foster confidence and resilience
Assist in creating a calm, positive classroom environment
Support students with their emotional regulation and social skills
Contribute to a supportive team dedicated to student wellbeing

What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people (1-2 years minimum)
Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding
Excellent communication skills
A proactive, resilient attitude
Enhance DBS on the update service

Full driving license
