Salary: £462.80 - £475 per week

We are looking for a warm, dedicated, and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team and help make a real difference in the lives of our students. In this role, you will support students both in the classroom, in smaller groups, and providing 1:1 assistance. You will help students gain confidence, regulate their emotions, and engage with their learning in positive ways.

Our students may have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, or conditions such as autism or ADHD.
