Vision for Education are a leading supply agency, specialising in day-to-day or long-term roles in SEND schools. A specialist SEND consultant will work closely with you to find your ideal role and school/s.

The requirements
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with Primary or Secondary subject specialism.
- Have previous experience within a SEND setting or strong transferable experience from a mainstream setting.
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of SEND Teachers and LSAs and embrace each school’s unique ethos.
- Have enthusiasm for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
- Additional SEND training such as Team Teach, Mappa, Makaton, PECS, moving and handling is highly desirable.

All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS Check that must be registered to the Update Service.
