Vision for Education is recruiting for secondary schools in and around the Rotherham area who require support with a Teacher of DT with some KS3 ICT within the timetable.
The role
This is a supply role, but could become a long‑term part‑time or full‑time position for the right candidate.
Working days will involve a mixed timetable of KS3 and KS4 Design Technology subjects, and ICT at KS3.
Ideal for a Design Technology specialist who is ICT savvy or has an interest in computing.
Salary
£130–£220 per day, dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
Requirements
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching science in secondary schools, ideally up to GCSE level.
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of subject specialists.
- Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
Safeguarding
All staff undergo thorough interviewing and referencing checks and must obtain an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
