SEN Teaching Post – Poulton-le-Fylde Area. Vision for Education are working in partnership with a specialist education provider to recruit a dynamic and dedicated SEN Teacher for a unique post based in Skippool, Poulton-le-Fylde. This is a temporary to permanent role, starting in September, ideal for educators passionate about delivering personalised education to young adults with high cognition and additional needs.
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Further Education Teacher to deliver bespoke curricula tailored to individual learners aged 19–25 with high cognitive abilities and additional learning needs. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects, with a particular focus on developing essential life and employability skills within FE pathways. Experience in designing flexible, student-led learning programmes and using a creative, person-centred approach to teaching is essential. You will work closely with therapists, support staff, and families to ensure students achieve their full potential in a nurturing and structured environment. This is a full-time, term-time position with the potential to become permanent following a successful initial period.
